New to racing, and need some advice? Look no further than James Mcquillan's guides to Racing and Betting.

James learned a thing or two about telling people what to do from his time on the BBC's The Apprentice. However, he takes a rather softer line than Lord Sugar in these informative videos. In fact he probably goes a bit too far the other way, and verges on the slightly camp....

But that's just James, and you love him for it!
