Follow the Flags- the On-course Bookmakers Customer Charter

"How do I know which bookies are offering me the best terms for my bet? Some are offering 1/5th of the price for an each way bet, some 1/4, and I'm not sure who to bet with".
You aren't the only one.
However, thanks to us there is now an answer- just follow the flags.
Any on-course bookmaker who has agreed to sign up to the Bookmakers charter has agreed to provide their customers with terms, approved by Racing for Change and the racecourses. In return, they get to fly the gold and black Customer Charter flag.
So if you bet at a bookie displaying the gold flag, you know you are being looked after.
