Georgia's a Star

When Georgia Spray chose her outfit for her trip to Ladies Day at Glorious Goodwood, she didn't know that within a few hours she was going to be starring on National Television, and also www.lovetheraces.com

However, it was her exquisite taste and  elegance which assured that within moments of entering the course, she was spotted as a sartorial star.

No sooner had she set foot in the grounds with her friend Cosmo than she was hauled aside by the Channel 4 team of fashion experts, who were in raptures about her outfit.

"They told me that I was exactly what they were looking for" said Georgia "apparently I was the 'picture of understated grace', or something like that! Or I might have just made that up. I thought I looked underdressed, all the outfits there were amazing."

"They had me walking along in front of the cameras like a model, and having to pose. I'm really shy so found it slightly awkward but I thought my Mum would love to see this, so I thought I might as well."

Georgia was then featured as one of Channel 4's fashion picks on their coverage of Goodwood, and also told she could be featuring in the National newspapers.

"When they told me there were national newspaper snappers there I panicked, all I could think about was how much my friends would take the mick they saw me in the newspapers! Luckily I don't think I was in any, or no one has mentioned it if I was".

Either way, we decided to follow Georgia around for the rest of the day and take some snaps of her experience.
