Wetherby

Wetherby is Yorkshire’s premier Jumps only racecourse, staging some of the key races during the season.

The bet365 Charlie Hall Chase at the end of October is a particular highlight, and is often used as the starting point of a season for some of the top Steeple Chases aiming for Cheltenham glory in March.

Another highlight is the opportunity to get out of the house for fresh air and great sport on Boxing Day and the 27th December. The atmosphere is wonderful and for many it is an annual event that means that Christmas would not be Christmas if it did not include a day at Wetherby during the festivities.
