Kempton Park
Kempton Park is the closest racecourse to London, set in Sunbury-on-Thames near Richmond and stages both Flat & Jump racing throughout the year.
The feature race meeting of the year is the traditional Winter Festival on December 26 and 27, including the King George VI Steeple Chase, one of the major races of the Jumps season. An electric atmosphere always goes hand in hand with this thrilling festival, as the Christmas merriment continues!
Kempton Park boasts an All Weather floodlit track which they race on all year with a mixture of afternoon and evening fixtures, and is a popular evening destination for Londonites.
