Doncaster

Doncaster racecourse hosts some of the most prestigious races in the country, including the Ladbrokes St Leger – the oldest Classic horse race in the world.

Doncaster hosts the traditional start and finish of the Flat racing season. The Lincoln Handicap in March sees the start of the turf Flat racing season, whilst the November Handicap brings the curtain down. Doncaster also hosts Jump racing in between these dates.

There could be no more fitting place to showcase the best that racing has to offer. The excellent facilities were recently given an additional boost with a new grandstand. More than this, Doncaster racedays are always special- they certainly know how to party up North!
